Rule of thumb - 1/2 cup of marinade to one self closing gallon plastic bag
Always Refrigerate while marinating
Do not marinate in a metal container
Marinate times vary on cut, size & type

Basic Marinating Times
  Shrimp = 15 to 20 minutes
Chicken = 4 to 12 hours
Beef = 4 to 10 hours
  Pork = 4 to 10 hours
  Lamb = 4 to 8 hours
Mahi-Mahi = 30 to 60 min
Salmon = 30 minutes
Crab = 10 to 15 minutes
Tuna = 30 to 45 minutes
Scallops = 5 minutes
White Fish = 15 to 20 min
Duck = 4 to 12 hours
Venison = 6 to 12 hours
Veggies = 2 to 4 hours
Tofu = 30 min to 8 hours
