When you say the word sauce, you
usually think of something to spice up beef, pork, or poultry. But
not with BS Sauce ... you will want to try it on everything you eat.
Bill Staley was active in the mid to late 80's
and early 90's in bar-b-que competitions with his friend Wayne. The
two had always used Wayne's sauce up until one Saturday when Wayne
was unavailable for a cook that Bill had to put on. He had no idea
how to make Wayne's sauce so he toiled with some recipes out of a
few cookbooks.
Bill finally came up with his own original
recipe and he decided it was time to bottle it, so others could
enjoy it as much as he did. One of the keys that make the sauce so
good is that all of the active ingredients are free of high fructose
corn syrup and all the other bad stuff. "Without the high fructose
it lets all the spices, all the flavor come through".
