After posting the piece about the Holland Grill a few asked how to cook the marinated veggies … here it is “the recipe“
BS Marinated Veggies!
Works on the grill or as a stir fry.

10 to 20 minutes
3 hours 20 minutes
Fresh Vegetables – Use some or all – Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes, Carrots, Broccoli, Mushrooms or any other vegetable you desire
1/2 to 1 cup BS Marinade
1 Self-Closing Plastic Bag
Cut the vegetables in large bite size pieces
Place all the cut vegetables into a self-closing plastic bag
Cover with BS Marinade & marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigerator
Cook on grill or stir fry until done to your desired taste and temperature – all the FLAVOR / NO FLAME on the grill
Hint – When cooking on the grill, use a grill basket for best results
