  BS Sauce Recipe - Printed on  
        BS Sauce
Marinated Shrimp!
Served over Rice with Attitude and sautéed Spinach.

1lb shrimp - peeled and deveined
1.5 cups BS Marinade
BS Butter
Rice with Attitude
1 bag Baby Spinach - washed



  1. Place the shrimp in a plastic bag and cover with BS Original Marinade
  2. Let rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour
  3. Put a pot of BS Rice with Attitude on to cook - Recipe
  4. Make a batch of BS Butter - Recipe
  5. Using an electric skillet or sauté pan - Heat pan to 300 degrees
  6. Remove shrimp from bag and discard liquid
  7. Place a liberal amount of BS Butter in preheated pan
  8. Add shrimp to pan and stir as shrimp cook - 4 to 5 minutes
  9. Remove shrimp from pan and keep warm
  10. Add more BS Butter to hot pan and then add spinach
  11. Cook spinach until done to your liking
  12. Place large spoonful of Rice with Attitude in center of plate, Place 1/2 of sautéed shrimp over rice and then surround rice with sautéed spinach.


  Drizzle BS Carolina Vinaigrette Dressing over the cooked spinach
Drizzle BS Country Ranch over the rice and spinach before placing the shrimp
