BS BBQ Soup!
Wow, this soup is so tasty !

3 Cups Pulled Pork BBQ (NO SAUCE)
3 Cups Chopped Onion
1 Cup BS Original Cooking sauce
2 1/2 Cups Beef Broth
1/4 Cup Honey
64 oz of Canned Diced Tomatoes - Including the juice
64 oz of Canned Pinto Beans - drained and rinsed
14 oz of Roasted Red Peppers - drained, rinsed, and chopped
2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
2 Tbsp Chili Power
2 Tbsp Ground Cumin
1 Tsp Ground Allspice
1/4 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/4 cup Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
1 Tbsp - Tabasco Sauce
2 Tbsp - Cider Vinegar



  In a soup kettle cook the onion and the garlic in the oil over moderate heat, stirring, until the onion is softened
Stir in the chili powder, the cumin, the allspice, and the cloves, and simmer the mixture for 1 minute.

Add the tomatoes with the juice, the beans, the roasted peppers, the broth, the honey, the Tabasco (optional), BS Original Cooking Sauce, BBQ Pork
Salt and pepper to taste
Simmer the soup, covered partially and stirring occasionally, for 1 1/2 hours.
Add 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar, stir, and cook for an additional 15 minutes
  Add to soup mixture
1 tablespoon Tabasco
2 teaspoons cider vinegar - Heat soup for additional 15 minutes on very low
