Flo's hamburger Patties!
 Add a little BS to you burgers and spice it up.

Ingredients
 2 lb - Hamburger
8 oz - BS Sauce
1 - Medium sweet onion chopped 
1/2 cup - Oatmeal
1 cup - Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbsp - Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp - Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions

  
 
  1. In a large mixing bowl add the hamburger and BS Sauce - Mix well
  2. Add in the onion, cheese, oatmeal - Mix well
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Add garlic powder and lemon pepper
  5. Mix well
  6. Make into 4 to 8 hamburger patties
  7. Cook on grill or in a skillet until done
  8. Cover the top of the hamburger patties with a little BS Sauce and serve
  
 

Options

  
  Add 1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped jalapeño peppers to give the burgers a touch of attitude
