12 good size Jalapeno
1/2 cup BS Original Cooking Sauce
8 oz block cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or a mixed cheese blend
12 slices of bacon
1 sheet parchment paper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut jalapeno peppers in half (long ways)
Remove seeds and membranes from peppers
In a bowl using a hand mixer blend the
cream cheese, BS Cooking Sauce and shredded cheese together.
Blend until you have a smooth creamy texture.
In the microwave or a pan cook the bacon
until 1/2 done. (still flexible)
Spoon the cheese mixture into the peppers
and smooth until flat with pepper.
When 1/2 cooked bacon is cool enough to
handle, cut each piece in 1/2
Wrap the pepper halves with the a bacon
piece and pin in place with toothpick
Place the parchment paper on a baking
sheet. Spread the peppers out on the backing sheet cheese
fill facing UP.
Back for 25 minutes.
