        BS Sauce
Sausage Cheese Dip!

1 cup - BS Sauce
1 lb - Mild
Neese's Sausage
1 - medium onion - chopped
2 lb  Cheese Loaf (Kraft Velveeta)


  1. In a skillet brown the Neese's Sausage and onion over medium heat until done
  2. Drain all the grease from the sausage and onion mix
  3. Cut the Cheese Loaf into chunks and place in a 2.5 Qt CorningWare dish
  4. Pour the BS Sauce over the cheese
  5. Cover the CorningWare Dish and microwave for 2 minutes
  6. Stir the Cheese and BS sauce mixture and Microwave for 2 more minutes
  7. Continue to stir and microwave until cheese is melted and forms a creamy mixture
  8. Add the Neese's Sausage and onion mix and stir well
  9. Place mixture in microwave and heat for 1 minute
  10. Stir mixture and serve with corn chips


Ingredients when using
1lb Cheese Loaf
1/2 cup - BS Sauce
1/2 lb - Mild
Neese's Sausage
1/2 of a medium onion - chopped

Spice it up a bit by using
Neese's Hot or Extra Sage Sausage
